When will you hear back from us
Once the application window closes all applications will be assessed by a diverse panel of officers and ward councillors from across the council. They have been selected to best represent our residential areas and communities across the borough.
We aim to notify both successful and unsuccessful applicants by end of May. Please note we are not able to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications.
Grant payment process
We will need to ensure all successful applicants complete the process of setting themselves up as a supplier on our finance system, IBC. Once approved we will issue a purchase order with a number for you to quote when you send us an invoice. You will need to follow instructions on the purchase order carefully as our finance services are outsourced and their systems are part-automated.
Funds should be received within 30 days after signing and returning the grant agreement letter. Invoicing will be for 100% of the funds you requested in a single payment.
By signing the grant agreement you are committing to provide all the requested evaluation information in a Project Monitoring Form, four weeks following successful completion of the project.
