Your estate priorities
  • secure loose cabling hanging outside blocks
  • reduce number of pigeons on the estate
  • reduce noise from Axis site compound
  • address the lack of parking security
  • clarification on the opening and closing of central green area
  • prevent youths congregating and smoking
  • regeneration of green area
  • improve how residents use the bin chutes
  • plants are long and need to be cut
  • how can residents who are not able to use online services make contact

Residents can contact the customer services on 0800 358 3873 if they are not able to access online services. Residents can also drop off documents through our letterbox situated at North Area Service Centre, 1 Glasgow House, Lanark Road, London W9 1QY February 2021
Block notices reminding residents how and when to use the bin chutes have been placed in the communal area. Residents are reminded that only small bags should be placed down the chutes. Larger items should be placed directly into the big paladins located on the estate. April 2021
The grounds maintenance team have confirmed that the shrubs have been pruned in March and the hedge trimmed in the winter. March 2021
