If you have received a Demand Notice under Section 49 of the Housing Act 2004 you can pay online quoting the reference number on the notice and by selecting 'miscellaneous payments' then 'Housing Act Notices'

If you have received a Civil Penalty Notice under the Housing and Planning Act 2016 you can pay online quoting the reference number on the Notice and by selecting 'Fixed Penalty Notices' then 'Residential Environmental Health (Housing) FPN'
