About the project
The new family sized social homes at Ordnance Mews in the Abbey Road Ward are now complete.
We have built three new, three-bedroom homes which have been let to local people in housing need. These homes have been constructed using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), ensuring more space and energy efficiency which helps reduce environmental impact.
This delivers on our commitment to build new affordable homes in the city, as part of our Fairer Westminster strategy.
Project status
These homes have now been let to households eligible for rehousing under the Council’s Housing Allocation Policy.
