About the project

We have successfully completed the development of 8 new affordable homes in the Maida Vale ward. Built on a former garage site, these homes have been designed to meet the needs of local residents.

This project has delivered:

• eight 3-bedroom homes over two sites at affordable social rents for local people
• dual aspect homes, where a home has windows on two different walls, allowing for multiple views and increased natural light
• homes located a five-minute walk from Maida Vale Underground Station which not only promotes sustainable commuting but provides easy access to the wider city
