Cochrane Street development
About the project
The council is delivering much needed affordable homes in Regents Park ward on a former garage site. This project will deliver:
- two 3-bedroom homes at affordable social rents
- dual aspect homes, where a home has windows on two different walls, allowing for two different views
- homes just a three-minute walk from St John’s Wood Underground Station
Project status
Our construction partner, Neilcott Construction, are making great progress on site at Cochrane Street where they have been appointed to build two new social homes. These new homes are on track to be completed this summer and ready for new residents to move in.
These new homes will be prioritised for local people under our Local Lettings policy and are being delivered to the highest possible standards, having been designed to be spacious, energy-efficient and comfortable.
