Hall and Braithwaite Towers Communal Ventilation and Fire Safety Works (project X254)

Our contractor, Axis, is working on the detailed plans and costs for the works to your home. A copy of the most recent update is under the Documents Tab. 

As outlined in the update, we are arranging the pilot works in advance of the works starting.

Our contractor Axis is working on the different design options of the proposed communal doors, flat entrance doorsets and in flat ventilation. 

We will share these with you before any pilot works go ahead, and expect this to take place in May 2023.
