FRA Remedial Work Millbank Estate (project AC109)

This project is a programme of fire safety works to seven blocks on Millbank estate: Landseer House, Lawrence House, Leighton House, Rossetti House, Ruskin House, Stubbs House and Turner House.

The works include:

• New fire rated front entrance doors to tenanted properties.
• Installation of emergency lighting.

We will also be creating five new lobby areas in Ruskin and Turner House. 

We are currently in the initial planning stages of the works and expect these to start on site around Autumn 2023.
