Project outline
Our contractor, Axis, has finished replacing the roof at Downfield Close.
The work included stripping the existing roof, replacing with a new roof system and associated repairs such as brick re-pointing. The replacement roof system will be guaranteed for 25 years.
In addition, Axis also completed the replacement of the communal ventilation system including:
- Replacement of the ventilation ducting on the roof.
- Replacement of extractor fans and noise dampers.
- Cleaning of the ventilation ducting that runs to each property from the communal system.
