You can use a free phone to speak to council departments at our libraries or Westminster City Hall. 

To see a member of staff in person regarding either your Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support, visit one of our reception offices:

180 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1ER (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm)

We offer a full translation service from all of our offices and a textphone on 0845 0700 281. We can also provide documents in alternative formats such as Braille, large print and audio.

If you are unable to visit our offices because of a disability or if you are a vulnerable person, we can arrange for an officer to visit you at your home.
