Change4Life Westminster

Tips and ideas to help families and children make healthier changes

Working with local organisations, Change4Life Westminster supports children, young people, and families by making it easier for them to eat well and be active.

Children are recommended to be physically active for at least 60 minutes every day, with 30 minutes of that activity taking place outside of school. Eating healthily and looking after our own and others’ wellbeing is important. That’s why the Change4Life service exists: to make eating well and being active easier for you and your family. 

The Change4Life programme involves a wide range of free healthy initiatives and activities, including our Neighbourhood Projects, Change4Life Clubs and grant programme.
