Online: Apply for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support or tell us about a change of circumstance. You will be able to upload evidence to support your claim. 

Our benefits home visiting service has resumed from Monday 19 July 2021. Please call 0800 072 0042 for further details and to arrange a home visit.

Update: both reception and visiting services will resume from Monday 16 August 2021.

Our reception site at 180 Vauxhall Bridge Road, SW1V 1ER, is due to reopen to members of the public from Monday 2 August 2021.

We ask that all customers planning to visit reception adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst inside the building.

The wearing of masks will be at the discretion of each individual, but we request that they are worn whilst inside the building.
