Our benefits home visiting service has resumed from Monday 19 July 2021. Please call 0800 072 0042 for further details and to arrange a home visit.
The Housing Benefit reception site has also reopened at 180 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1ER. Opening times are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We ask that all customers planning to visit reception adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst inside the building.
The wearing of masks will be at the discretion of each individual, but we request that they are worn whilst inside the building.
