We are committed to promoting and encouraging active travel, and to make Westminster a carbon neutral city by 2040. As part of this, the highways team is rolling out the next phase of on-street cycle parking stands to increase the overall cycle parking stock.

This roll-out targets both existing cycle stand locations that are over-subscribed as well as new locations, which are identified from requests from members of the public, Elected Members, and other key stakeholders from Amenity Societies.
