We publish executive decisions taken by officers through delegated authority reports. This is to meet the requirements of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012.
Some reports give financial approval to schemes or studies with expenditure up to a maximum of £150,000 and authority to commence consultation on public realm schemes and draft traffic regulation orders for changes to parking and moving traffic controls associated with them. Other reports consider the comments and objections received to draft traffic regulation orders and whether to implement the proposals in whole or part.
The reports are labelled with a suffix which indicates whether the report gave delegated approval (DA), delegated approval for drafting traffic regulation orders (DA-TRO) or financial approval (FA).
