We're committed to keeping Westminster an attractive place to live, visit and work. Clean streets is one of our primary objectives. 

All planning applications must demonstrate that adequate provision has been made for the storage of waste and recyclable materials and, where possible, include off-street waste collection.

Applicants should refer to requirements in our Environment Supplementary document and also use our waste storage requirements guide which outline the council's requirements and give examples of suitable waste management equipment.
