Queen's Park Court infill
New affordable homes at the site of Queens Park Court Car Park
The Project
The council has planning permission to redevelop Queens Park Court Car Park in Queen’s Park ward.
This project will deliver:
- 23 new affordable homes available at social rents
- private outside space for all new homes
- a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes
- reprovided car parking spaces
- 48 new cycle parking spaces
- landscaping improvements to public spaces nearby
- improvements to the central car park
- improvements to Droop Street
- homes that will be offered to local people first through a Local Lettings Plan
We are working with our construction partner Osborne who will begin the main construction in Summer 2021. The project is due to complete in early 2023.
This project is part of the council’s Infills Programme, which turns underutilised spaces throughout Westminster into much needed affordable homes.
