Methods of payment

Online You can pay application fees online through either planning portal or iApply.

You can also pay online following submission of an application (for example by an agent on your behalf). You must have a formal application reference (as per one of the example formats shown below).

​Once you have paid, please send details including amount paid, date paid, formal reference number and narrative to​ planningreception@westminster.gov.uk so we can validate your application. 

Telephone payments We only accept telephone payments for:
  • planning application fees
  • pre-application fees
  • planning records

To pay by telephone for an existing application please call 020 7641 6500 with your formal reference number.
