Project outline
Our contractor, United Living, is currently working on communal ventilation and fire safety works at four blocks in the Pimlico area.
The blocks included in the project are: Brunswick Court, Dalkeith Court, Hide Tower and Semley House.
The work includes:
- Replacing communal ventilation fans, silencers, dampers and controls.
- Cleaning of local ventilation ductwork.
- Replacing ventilation grilles within each flat.
- Upgrading emergency lighting.
- Fire stopping works (communal only).
- Replacement of tenants’ flat entrance doors with leaseholder opt-in.
