Has your vehicle been removed?

We do not remove vehicles for being parked in contravention of the parking restrictions.

However, there are times where we may need to relocate a vehicle to an alternative on-street location in the vicinity of where it was parked.

It’s also possible that your vehicle may have been removed by: 

• a neighbouring borough if you parked on a street bordering Westminster in contravention of their regulations

• Transport for London if you were parked on a red route

Your vehicle may also be removed if:

• it is considered to be abandoned

• it is untaxed

Contact Tow-away Removal and Clamping Enquires (TRACE). This is a free online service which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TRACE will advise which car pound the vehicle has been taken to and provide information on the procedure for the vehicle's release.
