Remembering Grenfell - Statement from the Leader of the Council

Cllr Adam Hug, leader of Westminster City Council, said:

Six years on, the pain and horror of the Grenfell Tower tragedy remains as strong as ever. The individual stories shocked the world and threw a focus on deep-seated inequalities that shamed the nation. The community connections between North Kensington and North Westminster are close ones and a number of our residents lost family members and friends in the tragedy. As ever, the thoughts of all at Westminster City Council are with the bereaved, survivors and community.”
