About the event

#MyWestminster Day brings people together to take pride in our vibrant and diverse city. We are looking for organisations, performers, bands, market stalls and activities that showcase all that is great about Westminster. All exhibitor stands should be interactive.

Events and activities

Events and activities must be free of charge to the public. 

Food and drink

Six spaces for food and drink concessions will be available. Food hygiene certificate and public liability insurance are required and we will need copies of these documents. Please email [email protected] with your request. Free food will also be available at the event.

Health and safety

All exhibitors must provide a copy of their public liability insurance, employers’ liability insurance and a risk assessment ahead of the event.

Set-up

Activities and exhibitors must be in place by 10am ahead of an 11am start. Vehicle access is available from 7am to 9am with prior notice. Parking is not available although free parking is available on the roads surrounding the park.

As this is an outdoor event, power will not be available to exhibitors.

If you require shade other than the marquee we provide, you will need to bring your own gazebo.
