1. Changes to leisure centre opening hours

During the national lockdown all Westminster leisure centres are closed in line with government guidelines

From 1 November we have reduced the opening hours of our leisure centres, due to the unprecedented reduction in centre user numbers combined with restrictions in place to support social distancing as a result of COVID-19.

You can also see a summary of all the changes here (PDF, 120KB)

To compensate for these changes all memberships have been upgraded to ‘multi-site access’ from 1st November so users can attend all Westminster Council leisure centres at no additional cost.

The full list of affected centres is as follows:

  • Queen Mother Sports Centre
  • Little Venice Sports Centre
  • Marshall Street Leisure Centre and Spa
  • Moberly Sports Centre
  • Porchester Centre
  • Seymour Leisure Centre

All outdoor recreation areas, including Paddington Recreation Ground, are expected to remain open during the national lockdown. However, please continue to check our coronavirus updates, social media channels and newsletter over the coming days for the latest information.
