As part of our commitment to fire safety we are carrying out fire safety works at George Elliot House starting in Spring 2023.
The scope of work includes:
- Replacement of tenant front entrance doors, with an opt in for leaseholders.
- Replacement of communal fire doors
- Installation of fire stopping (to prevent the spread of fire / smoke).
- Asbestos removal.
