Distributed Street Properties

Westminster City Council is planning on carrying out external and internal repairs and decorations to a number of 
Distributed street Properties in the North and West areas of the city, starting in early 2022. 

The scope of the work includes:

• Window repairs  
• Roof repairs/renewal (where necessary)  
• External brick repairs 
• External decorations 
• Internal decorations (communal areas only)  
• Replacement of extractor fans and smoke alarms (to tenanted properties only and where necessary)  
• Boundary wall repairs  
• Repairs to existing wooden gates and fences  
• Repairs to the rainwater system, for example the gutters    
• Replacement front entrance doors (tenanted properties only with leaseholder opt-in)
• Upgrading/ replacement of the lateral mains
