By uploading a photo, you accept that Westminster City Council may use it to determine the type and location of the problem you are reporting. Photos are securely stored and used by the council and its suppliers only to understand the nature and location of the problem.

If possible, please do not include images of other people. If you upload an image that includes yourself or others, where feasible, the council will endeavour to remove the photo. However, if needed for evidential purposes, the council will retain the image in line with its retention policy.
