The dog run in Queens Park Gardens has always been a hub for local resident dog owners, we asked on your views for changes.

We asked residents for their opinions on dog control and ownership based, proposals to change the layout of the dog run area, and the creation of a sensory garden.

Before drafting the strategy, we undertook engagement with victims, residents, businesses, former perpetrators, different teams within the council, as well as the police, housing providers and community organisations. This engagement shaped the 5 pillars of our strategy: Prevention, Early Engagement, Supporting Victims, Bringing Perpetrators to Justice and Engaging the Community.

We then consulted on our draft strategy. Find the key feedback and how we acted on it.

The School Street Programme aims to create safer spaces around schools during school drop-off and collection times, to encourage pupils to walk, cycle and scooter on school journeys.

We consulted on making this scheme permanent over 18 months, up to March 2023. The School Street Programme captured all provide feedback from schools, residents and businesses.
