Charities and community grants

Find out more about Edward Harvist Trust and Paddington Charities and how to apply for one of their grants.

Paddington Charities

The Paddington Charities are the Paddington Welfare Charities and the Paddington Charitable Estates Educational Fund. Those who benefit from funding from either charity must be living in the former Metropolitan Borough of Paddington (W2, W9 and parts of NW8 and W10). Grants are not made in the relief of public funds.

The Paddington Welfare Charities gives grants to individuals, or to organisations that work to benefit residents, who are in need, hardship or distress, or who are sick, disabled or infirm. The Educational Fund also helps organisations and individuals with financial assistance to enable individuals to pursue educational courses or a profession or trade. Funds can also be used for school clothes or educational holidays. All beneficiaries of the Educational Fund must be under 25 years old.

For more information or to apply for a grant in the City of Westminster area please fill out our form and we will contact you shortly.
