The Changing Futures programme is a joint initiative by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and The National Lottery Community Fund.
The programme is designed to develop innovative approaches and deliver lasting change in the way local services work together to respond and to help people who experience multiple disadvantages. The Changing Futures programme aims to achieve a more joined-up, person-centred approach to local delivery, with a commitment to improving both outcomes and value for money, by addressing issues early and in a collaborative way.
