Black on Board is a free governance training programme for Black, Brown, Asian and dual heritage individuals.
According to research produced by DeMontfort University, less than one percent of the boardrooms across the UK have any Global Majority representation. That’s why Olmec developed this programme as a way of helping people into board positions.
The training programme is delivered by Olmec, an award-winning social enterprise specialising in supporting people of colour in obtaining governance positions and providing race equality audits and training.
