if you’re 17 plus and looking at building a new skill that is in high demand, Westminster Wheels offers a paid six month programme in cycle mechanics. You will receive accredited training from an experienced bicycle mechanic followed by a guaranteed job with Westminster Wheels for six months, paid at London Living Wage.
To date, 30 young residents have completed training and have been employed, transforming unwanted bikes into high-quality, affordable bikes for Westminster residents. Our aim is to refurbish 2,000 bikes per year and donate 400 newly refurbished bikes to Westminster residents who need them most.
