The Archives Centre has a well-equipped meeting room for hire in a pleasant, modern environment and offers impressive facilities for your conference, business and meeting needs.

Facilities

  • seats up to 60 people (theatre-style) or 24 people (boardroom-style)
  • slide and overhead projector, flip charts, screens, multi-media LCD projector, camcorder
  • internet access and free wifi using your own device
  • induction loop
  • disabled access and toilets
  • refreshments and full air-conditioning

Full day (9.30am to 4.30pm) £390*

*Reduced rates apply to bookings made by Westminster City Council, charities, school or adult education use, or by Westminster local history societies.

Refreshments Cost
Light refreshments (coffee, tea, water and biscuits) £2.50 per serving (includes VAT)
Light refreshments (orange juice) £2.50 per litre (includes VAT)
