Subsidised Employment Fund

The Subsidised Employment Fund is offered to employers based in the City of Westminster to help create new jobs for Westminster adults with learning difficulties, who are neurodivergent, or whose physical disabilities act as a barrier to employment.

Your organisation understands that the scheme is designed to support Westminster businesses and other organisations to recruit local City of Westminster residents / those under the care of the City of Westminster with learning or physical disabilities (optional)

Your organisation understands that the City of Westminster will pay up to 50% of relevant participant employment costs, for up to 1 year, dependent on the number of candidates an organisation takes on and the number of total hours (for a minimum of 8 hrs. and up to a maximum 16 hrs.) offered to candidates. (optional)

Any roles offered will not replace existing jobs. (optional)

This scheme will not cause existing employees or contractors to lose or reduce their employment. (optional)

The City of Westminster aims to work with local organisations (i.e., those that have a presence in central London, with a particular focus on the City of Westminster area). (optional)
