Questions on climate policy
Q. Hakim - Is the climate changes in Westminster, managed by more restrictions and penalties to improve air quality, or making people by providing advice on being responsible and aware?
A. We hope to work collaboratively with residents, communities and businesses to tackle the challenge of the climate emergency. This means engaging, educating and supporting all stakeholders to do as much as they can to support Westminster’s carbon neutral 2040 target. Where we have the means to promote and encourage positive environmental action through our services, activities and powers, we will aim to do so, where appropriate.
