Hallfield Estate Major Works: Lynton, Winchester and Worcester Houses (project X115)

Major works are planned to three blocks on the Hallfield Estate - Lynton, Winchester and Worcester Houses. This project will be the third phase of major works on the estate with earlier phases completed in 2019 to Pembroke, Reading and Tenby and then in 2021 to Marlow, Newbury and Taunton blocks. 

This third phase of works will cover a similar scope of works as the earlier phases and includes: 

• New double-glazed windows
• External repairs and decorations
• Communal repairs and decorations
• Fire safety works
• Communal lighting upgrade
• Lateral mains upgrades

Our contractor has now completed the more detailed planning stage for the works. They have produced a Service Provider Proposal (SPP) which is a document outlining how they plan to deliver the works. A copy of this document is available to download from the document section of this page.

A final phase of works to the remaining five blocks on the estate is due to follow this phase in 2024-25.
