I believe the library is always there for you.
My name is Hitomi. I’ve been taking English speaking club and reading club at Church Street Library for over two years.
I visit the library to improve my English, but I got more than that, I got confidence back in myself. I learned a lot of things, especially diversity by studying with so many people from different countries. I made so many bonds with them, helping and respecting each other. The library is always on my side and thanks to it I really enjoy my life in London.
The libraries in Westminster are a kind of hub that collect people within society. If someone feels lonely, they should come to the library.
The library is the most perfect place for lifelong learning that is provided for all. I believe the library is always there for you.
Without the library, I couldn’t have enjoyed this life, it was really tough for me to speak English and communicate with people in the language.
As I said earlier, I made a lot of bonds with people, and they always encourage me to do something new.
