Parking, garages, sheds and allotments

Traffic Management Orders

We consulted with residents on changes to parking on our estates. We have written to residents and leaseholders on the proposals. You can view the Q & A here.

Parking spaces, garages and sheds are available to rent across the estates. Please note that these can be popular and you may be placed on a waiting list.

To be eligible for a parking space or garage, the vehicle you wish to park must be taxed, insured and have a valid MOT. Garages cannot be used for any other reason than parking a vehicle.

Sheds are available to rent at a fixed weekly charge of £1.36 or free if the shed is for a mobility aid that can’t be folded such as a fixed frame wheelchair.

You can apply for parking by filling in our online form.

Residents can also apply for a permit to park on Westminster’s streets. Information on how to do this can be found on the Westminster Council website (opens new window).

Parking for visitors

There is a very limited number of parking spaces available for residents’ visitors and contractors. Daily permits must be displayed and parking is only permitted in marked bays.

For details, please contact your local area office. Because parking is limited, the number of permits you can purchase is limited.

Information on parking on the street in Westminster is available on the Westminster Council website (opens new window).

Allotments

Allotment spaces are available on the following estates:

  • Warwick (Little Venice)
  • Churchill Gardens
  • Lillington and Longmoore Gardens
  • Mozart.

These are free but can be popular and you may be placed on a waiting list. You can apply for an allotment space by filling in our online form.
