We are using new ways to involve residents and ensure your voice continues to shape the services you receive. One way we are doing this is through virtual meetings which started this month.
Whilst its quite different compared to our usual face-to-face meetings, it is a great experience and so nice to see so many residents join the call to ask questions and receive live updates from staff on our services.
We are continuing with these weekly calls so resident representatives continue to be empowered and have a way to receive updates and share their views. From these sessions and questions raised, we have developed a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) (PDF 550 KB- opens new window) guide to keep you up to date with key information about housing services.
As things change, we will update this guide with new questions. The areas of most interest include cleaning, gardening, anti-social behaviour and major works – all of which you can find in our FAQ guide (PDF 550KB- opens new window).
If you would like a printed copy of this FAQ guide posted to you, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
You too can get involved in new ways
