We are pleased to welcome you back to our service centres, and going forward we will be operating an appointment only service. This has proved to be a much more efficient way of working and we have received positive feedback from residents.
We have installed extra precautions by setting up screens on receptions and throughout interview rooms and can help you in person in a way that is safer for everyone.
There is also a new intercom system to let us know when you have arrived for your appointment, signage to encourage the use of face coverings and maintaining social distancing, and hand sanitiser available.
To help us keep these areas safe for everyone, we ask that you do not visit:
- without an appointment
- if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, is shielding or vulnerable.
