Parking enforcement on Westminster housing estates

Illegal parking is a concern for many on our estates and we have been consulting with residents to develop a long-term solution.

You may be aware of the proposals to  introduce Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) on Westminster City Council’s housing estates to ensure a fair and safe parking system. The TMO will enable effective parking controls and enforcement of non-compliance.

We have been working with Westminster colleagues and, following statutory consultation, are pleased to advise that Churchill Gardens is the first of our estates to have a TMO in place with enforcement starting on Tuesday 8 May. Feedback has been positive so far.

Westminster parking are now carrying out further statutory consultation under phase 2. We have written to residents to inform them of our plans and invited them to drop-in sessions  as follows:
