Parking enforcement on Westminster housing estates

Churchill Gardens parking enforcement

Illegal parking is a concern for many on our estates and we have been consulting with residents to develop a long-term solution.

You may be aware of the proposals to  introduce Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) on Westminster City Council’s housing estates to ensure a fair and safe parking system. The TMO will enable effective parking controls and enforcement of non-compliance.

We have been working with Westminster colleagues and, following statutory consultation, are pleased to advise that Churchill Gardens is the first of our estates to have a TMO in place with enforcement starting on Tuesday 8 May. Feedback has been positive so far.

The plans and proposals can be viewed below:

Thank you to all residents that have made observations and provided feedback so far. If you are unsure when we plan to implement a TMO on your estate, please view the timetable within the Q&A document (PDF 157KB- opens new window).
