New features on your MyWestminsterHousing portal

We’re all about improving your homes – and recently, we’ve been busy revolutionising our online services too.  
 
After taking on board residents’ feedback, your MyWestminsterHousing online portal has been upgraded to include new features, such as: 

  • request, cancel, and reschedule repairs  
  • view communal repairs  
  • report ASB  

You’ll also be able to make payments, update your details, and more, in your online account, by using whichever device you choose. Over the coming months, we’ll keep adding updates to MyWestminsterHousing, making it even easier to contact us about your home.
