About us:

Westminster City Council manages over 21,000 properties including social housing tenants and leaseholders. Our stock includes a diverse range of properties, including large estates, tower blocks, street properties as well as some award-winning green spaces. We work across Westminster, from Pimlico to Paddington, Maida Vale to Marylebone and Bayswater to Belgravia. 

Before you apply:

Please note that in order to process your application in line with the legal and health and safety requirements we ask that your application be sent at least 10 working days before the requested filming start date.

As part of the application process you will be asked to provide a number of details and documents. Please ensure you have the following to hand:
  • Your contact details
  • Your project details (dates and times, size of crew, brief synopsis, where the project will be publicised)
  • Public liability insurance
  • Risk Assessment (found in the guidelines document)
  • Signed terms and conditions (found in the guidelines document)

Please note, as part of your application you will be asked to make a donation to the local resident's association. 

Once you have submitted your application you can expect to receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours if it was completed between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Applications submitted outside of this time may take longer to acknowledge.
