Paddington Library and Children's Library

Paddington Library is open every day and hosts events, with computers for use as well as study areas. The main library is located at Porchester Road, W2 5DU

The Children's Library is open Monday to Saturday, and is located at Westbourne Park Baptist Church, Westbourne Park Villas, W2 5EA 

Fitzrovia Community Centre

The Fitzrovia Community Centre is a community hub which brings together local residents, businesses, public services and community organisations to share skills, talents and ideas.

The Photographers' Gallery is is the country's most important centre for photography in all its forms. The gallery also includes a cafe and bookshop, and hosts talks and events. Entry to the gallery is free on Friday's after 5pm, and there are other concessionary entry rates available.

St. Vincent’s Family Project

St Vincent's Family Project supports young families in Westminster. Meals are being provided plus spaces for play and learning, including a Sensory Room and ball pool play area. 

Every Thursday from 10am to 2:30pm.

Westminster Chapel

Westminster Chapel is open Mondays from 11am to 3:30pm and provides meals as well as a range of games.

Mayfair Library

Mayfair Library is open Monday to Saturday and hosts events for adults and children. There are computers for use as well as study areas.

Charing Cross Library

Charing Cross Library is open everyday and hosts events for adults and children. There are computers for use as well as study areas. The Westminster Chinese Library is also based here.

Westminster Music and Reference Library

Westminster Music Library and Westminster Reference Library are open Monday to Saturday and hosts events for adults and children. There are computers for use as well as study areas.

Royal Academy of Arts

The Royal Academy of Arts was founded in 1768 and hosts exhibitions covering art in all its forms. There are free exhibitions to visit, as well as a cafe and a shop.

Royal Opera House

The Royal Opera House have regular, free lunch time performances across the winter months.

The National Gallery's permanent collection is free to visit. The gallery also hosts free events.

Institute of Contemporary Arts

The Institute of Contemporary Arts is home to experimental visual art, performances and film. Most exhibitions are free for Westminster residents, and there are concessionary prices for residents for most films and events.

Victoria Library

Victoria Library is open Monday to Saturday and hosts events for adults and children. There are computers for use as well as study areas.

Somerset House

Somerset House is hosts events in its courtyard, a winter ice rink and the Courtauld Gallery. Their current exhibition 'The Horror Show!' is free for Westminster residents on Tuesday and Wednesday. They also have affordable co-working spaces.

Royal Albert Hall

Every Monday morning from 12 December 2022 until Monday 27 February 2023 the Royal Albert Hall will open it's doors to residents.

Located in the Verdi Restaurant which is at Door 12, Bays 4 and 5. There is capacity for 70 people from 10am to midday, with refreshments including tea, coffee and biscuits.
