Voluntary Sector Links

One Westminster has provided services to local voluntary and community groups for over 40 years. They aim to improve the quality of life for Westminster people by supporting their voluntary and community action. They offer a wide range of services and support to voluntary organisations and community groups that work in Westminster.

Community Accountancy Self Help (CASH) provide financial advice and training for small charities and voluntary groups.

The Charity Commission is established by law as the regulator and registrar for Charities in England and Wales.

National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) is the Umbrella Body for the Voluntary Sector in England. They work to support the sector and create an environment in which voluntary organisations can flourish.

Westminster Arts works with local people and voluntary groups to provide high quality arts activities for Westminster residents. Their information sheets and guidelines can help you to obtain funding for an arts project or put together an event that really meets the needs of your service users. There is also one-to-one advice and small-scale project funding available.

London Councils develop policies and help London boroughs improve the services they deliver. They also run a range of services themselves, all designed to make life better for Londoners.
