If you want an easy and fun way to get you and your children active then you could take part in Walk to School week. It’s a great way to start the day, helping children arrive at school fresh and alert. Walk to School week is running from 18 to 22 May 2015.
Walking is a great way for you and your children to get exercise and can contribute to the recommended 60 minutes of physical exercise a day. It not only encourages physical exercise outdoors, but is good for the environment and free to do.
