We offer generous annual leave, which is based on employee's salary point and length of service and will be from 26 to a maximum of 30 days. Employees are entitled to additional leave after completing 5 years if not on the maximum of 30 days. You can also exchange part of your salary and request to purchase up to 10 extra days of holiday a year.
Interest free loans are available for public transport season tickets, repayable in monthly instalments.
Westminster employees can benefit from a significant reduction in the cost of childcare by changing the way they pay for any registered childcare (for children under 15 years old) and signing up to a salary sacrifice Childcare Voucher scheme. From April 2018, this will be replaced by a scheme called Tax Free Childcare (TFC) for new members. Under TFC, eligible families will receive 20% of their annual childcare cost.
You can exchange part of your salary in return for the lease of a bike for work , you don’t pay income tax or National Insurance on the price of your new bike so you could typically save anything between 32% and 42% off the normal retail price.
