Research shows that 89% of employers taking on an apprentice see benefits to their business and an average boost in productivity of £214 a week. Similarly, 90% of apprentices stay in employment after an apprenticeship, and a quarter receive a promotion within 12 months of finishing.

Looking for an opportunity

If you are between 16 to 24 years old and looking to boost your skills and gain valuable work experience, take a look at the apprenticeships available at Westminster City Council.

In 2015 we took on more than 50 apprentices, and are currently looking to hire a Sports and Leisure Support Apprentice, a Digital Apprentice, and a Business Support Apprentice, among others.
