Renew your resident parking permit

Renew your resident permit online using your debit or credit card.

Renewal letters are sent by either email or post, normally six weeks prior to your permit expiring. To avoid emails being sent to your junk items folder, please add donotreply@westminster.gov.uk to your safe senders list.

You can expect to receive your permit within three to five days of renewal.

When renewing, please use your RingGo account log-in details. If you do not have one, please use the telephone number or email address and password you registered with when creating your permit. Should you need it, there is a 'forgotten password' link on the log-in page.

Renew online

New permit charges apply from Monday 21 October 2019.
