Renew your permit online

Renew your resident permit online using your debit or credit card.

Renewal letters are sent by either email or post, normally 6 weeks prior to your permit expiring. To avoid emails being sent to your junk items folder, please add donotreply@westminster.gov.uk to your safe senders list.

You can expect to receive your permit within 3 to 5 days of renewal.

When renewing, please use your RingGo account log-in details. If you do not have one, please use the telephone number or email address and password you registered with when creating your permit. Should you need it, there is a 'forgotten password' link on the log-in page.

If the permit is not renewed within 6 days of the current permit expiring, a new application must be made.

If you can’t provide all required proof documents, we will consider issuing you with a temporary 6-week permit.
