Renew your permit online

New permit charges apply from Tuesday 1 October 2019.

Renew your resident permit online using your debit or credit card.

Renewal letters are sent by either email or post, normally siix weeks prior to your permit expiring. To avoid emails being sent to your junk items folder, please add to your safe senders list. 

You can expect to receive your permit within three to five days of renewal.

When renewing, please use your RingGo account log-in details. If you do not have one, please use the telephone number or email address and password you registered with when creating your permit. Should you need it, there is a 'forgotten password' link on the log-in page.

If the permit is not renewed within six days of the current permit expiring, a new application must be made.

If you can’t provide all required proof documents, we will consider issuing you with a temporary 6-week permit.

If you don't have internet access at home, use our library PCs and iPads to apply online.

Otherwise, download the application form (PDF, 185KB) and return it with your proof documents by email to or by post to Westminster City Council, Parking Services, PO Box 734, Redhill, RH1 9FP.
