Registrar's office - coronavirus information

The register office is open for customers who have a pre-booked appointment only.

We will be prioritising the registration of babies by date of birth. Please do not attend the register office without a pre-booked appointment.

Marriages and civil partnerships can no longer take place until the national restrictions are lifted, apart from in exceptional circumstances. Westminster Registration Service will be in contact with all couples who have a ceremony booked for this time period. You can apply for a refund of the fees you have paid or apply to reschedule your ceremony by completing this form

You can still give notice of intention to marry or form a civil partnership.
