Property history information

We maintain statutory records of planning applications and decisions which in some cases date back 40 or 50 years.

Details of planning applications dating from 1990 (older in some cases) can be accessed via our online register.

Supporting documents are available online for planning applications decided after May 2000. Most of our physical records are stored offsite so we are unable to provide a 'walk in' service. To view historic applications prior arrangement will be required.
