The department delivers insight, policy and communications which help the council to transform its business, improve the lives of residents, the prosperity of businesses and drive forward its vision for Westminster as a City for All.


Westminster City Council's models of communication, corporate narratives and evaluation techniques have put the council at the forefront of local government communications.

It is the job of the Policy, Performance and Communications department to help deliver the vision of the council. All of our activity supports the council’s vision for a City for All through integrated evaluation, performance, campaigns, digital, cabinet secretariat, and change and project management.
