It is the job of the Policy, Performance and Communications department to help deliver the vision of the council. All of our activity supports the council’s vision for a City for All through integrated evaluation, performance, campaigns, digital, cabinet secretariat, and change and project management.
Our team delivers ground-breaking innovations that set new benchmarks for quality in community engagement, behaviour change campaigns, demand management and the development of ground-breaking policies to tackle some of the most difficult issues the city faces.
